In order to make your stay in our house pleasant, we would like to familiarize you with the house rules.

•Damaging the equipment and furniture, causing trouble and disturbing the other guests are prohibited.
• It is strictly forbidden to make noise between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
•The accommodation offers can only be used by persons who are properly registered as guests.
•The landlord is free to allow visits at certain times upon request of the guest. If, upon arrival, the number of people exceeds the number agreed in the contract, the landlord is not obliged to accommodate them.
•Bringing pets is only allowed with the consent of the landlord. In the event of loss or damage to the installations, furnishings, appliances or equipment in the apartment, the guest is obliged to inform the landlord. If the guest is responsible for the loss or damage, he is obliged to reimburse the equivalent value.
•The landlord registers the guest stay at the tourist office. In order to be able to register at the tourist office, you will be asked to hand in your identity card or passport to the landlord upon arrival.
